small problem with levelchange entity

there is something wrong with the levelchange. it works everytime but when i enter the model it suddenly stops and seems as if the game has frozen and then it loads the next level. it also interferes with the 3Daudio and cuts it off.

is it possible to make the change more smother like adding a black fade screen or an effect wich slowly closes the screen in a black circle. im not using a cutscene but when i do i get the same rough effect.

any way to change this?

Not much you can do to my knowledge about the 3D audio cutting out, since that is part of the level and the level is unloaded to load the next one, but you can always have a trigger trigger an effect like you described then after that effect is complete load the level, and have an effect in the next level that starts as soon as it loads which is the opposite of it.

my idea would be use a script. have the pawn invisable. place it in front of the box u mentioned with a collision order. in the script have the events and effects occur then flip a trigger for the level change.

I could add a fade option similar to the one you can use with a teleporter entity. Make a post in the feature requests forum so I don't forget about it... :wink:
