Texture Image Converter problem

Hi!
I downloaded yesterday Reality Factory. Today I tried to add my own textures to map editor. But when I cilick Texture Image Converter's "<< CONVERT >>" text, my computer gives me error message
"Run-time error '7':
Out Of Memory
And then it closes that program. Can somebody help me please?
I don't understand why it gives that message. I am installed Reality Factory correct. And other programs works for me.
