milkshape problem

my milkshape is animating really slowly. it plays the anim slow and in actview the anim is slow too! HELP!!!!! :shock:
but it's only for my MP7 model! my other models are fine! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In MilkShape go to File -> Preferences -> Misc and check your 'Animation FPS'.
I think default is 24, and that's what I use too. Sometimes, however, it resets to 1 and then your animation becomes really slow.

how many ey frames did you make the animation with? also you can use the scale animation tool to make them faster/slower...

no dude i mean like um how many KEY FRAMES, like um the amount of frames you made your animation with, not the FRAMES PER SECOND ITS PLAYED IN...

also did you try the scale animation tooL???

the scale anim doesnt work, 3 frames are slow!!!!!

lol.... sorry, but i couldn't help it.

anyways, i think this is one of those times when your just gonna have to scrap the animation and redo it. MS3D has never been very good for animations. It messes up a lot. I've actually had a similar situation several times, but i could never figure out just what was wrong. I deleted all my keyframes, tried it again, and it was fine.

EDIT
after rereading your post, it sounds like you have keyframes in there that you don't know about. MS3D has a tendency to add them at random sometimes. if you can find these and delete them you should be fine. but to find them you will have to go through each individual frame of the animation.
