shooter/slasher game level compilers

I'm looking for people (mainly level compilers and scripters)
to port shooter and slasher game to reality factory.
now they are being developed with silent walk.

these games would be something like minigames,
limited locations, half-hour gameplay - with weapons
around, 3-4 actors, and some custom animations that
function as storylines.

BPK - King of Budapest

Street Life: street, parking lot and apartment buildings w one underground garage.
Offices SUN GO: office building w offices, bathrooms, lounges...
Showdown in LA: condo, garage, bathroom, and training facility...

I've got sets in ms3d format.
I just started converting models and animations into .act.

effects planned:
grenade explosion
projectile hit
blood

game licence: commercial
distribution/associated rights: negotiable

would need animations for this model. 3000 polys. can make it rigged.
