Could we have a tutorial request section ...?

A. a member request's a tutorial about a subject in r.f
B. Other members reply to the request....

I suppose it could work. it would cut down on the frustration of the mods and other people who are constantly answering questions. yes, a section with lots of tutorials or links to them would be good.
