What's best for an indie game to be published-the internet pay-and-download way?-or through a publisher-if you could find one?
In the case you find a publisher, how much % percent of each retail copy price do you get?
One euro,..more than that?

I read some where that you would only get about 15% of gross profit, but thats not too bad, but I personally think the way to go for indie games at least is the great online distributor of solely indie games the revolution that is http://www.manifestogames.com they will provide you with hosting advertising and they even have a system by which ppl can download your game for free play it for a certain time limit and then simply pay for the activation code which removes the time limit, of course you could provide your own demo (perhaps just one level)

many of the better games there (http://www.manifestogames.com) have recently been brought to the public in such world wide gaming media as the magazine giant PCGAMER which now are paying close attention to manifesto so you can be sure if your game is something special it will be noticed there. :)

Hope this was of some help
