Can we have a mandatory job posting template like on Gamedev? I think it'd really help sort out what people need and what they're paying etc.

i think ppl should write how much spare time they have , in additional information, cuz if sum1 thinks to work with them he should know how much time will it spend on the game...

Yes, i agree, because once someone has made a commitment, hes there until the end, if if he ain't pulling his weight, the whole team suffers.
