Can i make landscape with RFeditPro not just rooms and corridors and is there another program that i can use to make landskape levels with mountains easyer .

If you want trees and plants on your terrain then you could use ngplant, a free tree generator program available here But you need a program like Blender and trueGene to convert the trees to a format(i believe its .act for models)that RF can open.
