Good humanoid reference images/free 3d starter models?

Any links to ones for 3d modeling? one of my characters needs a rather muscular look and I'm having a hard time finding much information on those things...
Also, if anyone figures out how to use the texture baking feature for blender or finds anything helpful on that, it would be cool too.
