Reality Factory

After I compile a level I press "preview" the preview seems to run smoothly...

I pick the character and press done, then press done again to confirm the name.

But while my level loads it stops and a pop up comes up

"Reality factory has encountered a problem and must close, sorry for this inconvience." Everytime... has anyone got this and fixed before?

ok if you could post the content of the Realityfactory.log file, this should tell us the problem, first though make sure you have the player start and setup in again.

the log file can be found in the main instalation folder of RF
