Anyone know Why My Pawn Won't Die?

The console says death_biz.. so it's technically dead, but it won't show the death animation or remove the pawn. It simply keeps running in place on death. The animation names are correct. It did work at one point, but then I messed it up and haven't been able to figure out what I messed up. Any help would be much appreciated!!
