Xbox 360 HD resolution trailers online

Most of these trailers are the ones that were shown at E3 - but they are all online in HD (and lower) quality if you want to view them to see what the next-gen consoles are 'supposedly' going to be capable of.

I know for a fact that several of these are blantantly pre-rendered - and if not pre-rendered, then they had a heavy dose of post-processing & compositing done to them in addition, but here they are for your viewing pleasure ;}

well, at the very worst they'll look very, very nice and entertain us for a few minutes, at the very best they will show us what next-gen consoles can do... thanks for the link!

The hilarious thing about these trailers is that they are in the 'Windows Media HD' format - which basically means that the trailers require a ridiculously high computer system to even watch.

What I am not sure about is - How are we supposed to care or be interested in these games, when probably 90% of gamers don't even own computers that are fast enough to watch the promo trailers, let alone play the games?

Very strange. I've seen a few sites releasing promo's in this 'wmv-hd' format recently, and even on my new laptop the audio stutters with the highest-res versions.

but then again, most of these trailers are available online (at for example the incredibly useful Game Trailers dot Com website, among others in lower-resolution formats.

Has anyone seen the mountain dew contest?

Anyway the quake 4 trailer was a let down.
The gears of war one was okay.
PGR3 was i think the best. Actually looked like real cars.
