more gmax trouble

Well, I've recently been distracted by other interests but decided to get back into this game dev stuff. I'm still managing to get around without milkshape by using gmax. My first model that I successfully converted was a large, red box. After I made that, I knew what to do and decided to make a more complex model. I successfully converted it to a .act, but when I opened it with actor viewer, I didn't see my beautiful robot. I saw the same red box as before. I can open the actors that come with reality factory just fine, but my robot comes up as a red box. What am I doing wrong?

close the converter down, delete the temp folder it makes, re open the converter and try again.

Yeah. I read that there is too much to copy all at once or whatever so you have to do it in sections and stuff like that. Well, I'll have another go at making those .nfo and .key thingies and see what happens.
