Reality Factory

I don't know how to make the game to run on someone else's computer

When you created you game and your scripts and it works goto the tool file.

click on the "GAMEBUILDER" and follow the instutions.

If your level file is called games50 then click on that on open then click on buildgame.

You may find some files my be missing its up to you to find them. most are in in the reality factory folder
If they are not download a demo or two and find the files there.

Just make a list and click OK

The find the folder "GameBuilder" and put the missing files in to it

It should work.

But I can't find glidedrv.dll on my computer

glidedrv.dll is not needed. It comes from a really old genesis3d feature, which is not used by RF anymore. I don't know why the Gamebuilder even complains about it not being there.

Does anyone have the source code of the game builder so we can remove the unwanted bits of code that call the unwanted .dll files.

Also can anyone give a list and make it a sticky for the .dll files that are needed.

The last card that used Glide ceased manufacturing almost 10 years ago.

Gamebuilder doesn't work.

If you want to share your game, just remove all unneeded stuff (tools folder, all resources that aren't used) and wrap your RF folder into an installer or a zip archive.
