i tried downloading some of the demos on that old forum but none of them worked. :
It's a shame too because there are like 30 some demos on there that could be really useful. Is there anyway we can download those demo's?[/quote]

I am uncertain, but I have a memory (I think) of seeing that 72 and 73 were the left and right mouse buttons, please forgive if incorrect.

Yeah, I think they're 72 and 73 too.
They can also be checked with 'self.lbutton_pressed' and 'self.rbutton_pressed'.
