Thanks a lot vrage!

Does anybody have a link to that tutorial about destroyable barriers? I think it was on a geocities page. I had it an one point, and now I can't find it. :(

EDIT: Nevermind, I found it!

http://geocities.com/bruise_pristine200 ... oyable.htm

and there's some more tutorials in here also:

If I may give a suggestion for this thread; 'unsticky' every tutorial thread of these forums and sticky this one. Then list all links of the unstickied tutorial threads in here and request everyone to post their links to tutorials.

This way you will have the largest collection of tutorials and the nr 1 stop for n00bs! Then, when n00bs ask stupid stuff, like I tend to do, the pro's can more easily direct them to any tutorials from the thread.

And if any mod might find this a good idea I suggest that eventually all tutorials posted in here will be compiled and edited into the first post of this thread.

Just my two cents!

I have some tutorials linked in the tutorials section on my site. I will look into them later and post them here as well.

PS, No disrespect for stupid n00bs ... ima tah bigestest of a11 teh n00blings outa her 1!!!!!1!

Killer avatar and killer list. The only change i would make is to maybe shorten the links and give them each a description of what info they have. I know sometimes it hard to figure out what url564859 is when you could have sworn the url was "how to make barriers" as an example.

also i was looking for that destroyable barrier and fly tut awhile ago as well and that should diffinitely be a sticky.

Props for the effort.

i noticed that rust game design isnt on the list and even though it doesnt mention rf in their tutorials i think they are good none the less. also there is polycount.com but it is currently being updated (seems like for a year). ive been revisiting it through the internet machine but sometimes the links die.

Rust Game Design --- Various articles on level design for several different games (Half life and doom 3 for example).

Polycount --- if it ever starts working again there are modeling tutorials in the resources section towards the bottom left. it has tutorials for 3ds max and milkshape.
