I'm building an X-Wing (from Star Wars) and I'm looking for feedback about my model as it comes along.

The nose is too long and the cockpit is too small. Check out this pic. What pic are you using to model from?

oh, man. I havent watched Star Wars in a LONG time then, I was building it partially from memory and partially from

That's a good start. Might try using something like this:

The side view should really help you sort out the little thing you got going on there at the nose.

Seeing how far from reality is was I ditched the project and went back to terra trooper shortly after the start... I can't do textures that are that good anyway...

MilkShape 3D 1.7.9 - the only one I know, I tried blender, wings 3d, 3ds max 7 but I dont have time to learn how to use them so i stayed with MS.

nice start, like to see other MS3D users :D to see what potential the programe has, alot of people say the cant use it, suppose its like marmite, you either love it or you hate it :P (english food for you who dont know what it is)
