WinZIP will open RAR files, or you could get 7-ZIP, a wonderful FREE utility which does just as well:

It works the same as a zip. In essence, an rar is just a different compression/version of a zip. If WinZIP is the default for RAR, which it probably is, it'll open it just like a zip.

Have you tried doubling clicking the rar file?

7-zip is an excellent program. It's what I use.

Yay, I got it! Freddy Krueger looks so awesome! Shame he only attacks with his left hand though, but still, he looked worse on the NES game.
