RF Script Editor Doesn't Work

When I attempt to use the Script Editor, it says I need a .DLL, any clue on how I resolve this problem?

you have to update to rf 75C, it comes with the dll

So I have to download an entirely new RF? Or can I just download the DLL by itself, I have dial-up, it took a good 2 hours to download RF 75A.

The RF075C update is much smaller than the main installer (~1MB) and fixes some bugs.
However, you may want to download the latest version of the Script Editor instead:
