They have some nice effects, but you should probably clean them up and edit them before you use them.
That whole site is pretty nice, they have free sound effects that you can use in commercial or non-commercial projects.

I have to edit these with Acity. They arent perfect.
It was not Possible to determine the dimensions of the image....
