and you cant at least with reality factory. rf only supports really basic multiplayer, if you can call that multiplayer

RF does not have multiplayer support as of yet. I'm not sure if it's in the plans either.

It'd be a hell of a job, but it's theoretically possible. I'd stick to something simpler. Multiplayer is probably far over your head.
