First, copy your whole RF folder to another folder. You will be deleting thinghs, so just do that in the new folder.
First, delete the docs folder.
Then, delete the tools folder.
Then the icons and the source folder.
now go into the media\levels folder and delete all files except the *.bsp files that are your levels.

That will already give you much space to breathe, you can then delete every file your game does not need to save space.

Use an install packer like InstallCreator, then burn it onto DVD. You will see you don't even have to use a DVD in most cases  If you truly need one, then you game is EXTREMELY big. The orginal folder for the TowersOfTrembolon demo (with all the unneded stuff) was 670MB, without the unneded stuff it was 200MB and intall creator shrinked it to 66MB.
Everyone can see the difficult, but only the wise can see the simple.

You really should make an installer. Try looking at this. It's a free installer maker program.

You can do anything you want with it. It has a custom scripting language that enables you to determine how your installer will work.

It is better to use InnoSetup to create the setup. Get it from http://www.jrsoftware.org
