Static Entity Proxy Question

OK so I have a problem when I use the static entity proxy. For example I'm using the Virgil_red actor file. When I compile the level and put my crosshair over the Virgil_red my crosshair gets black and the Virgil gets brighter
Look at the picture beyond,in the first of the little pictures. My crosshair isn't pointing the actor and everything is OK,but in the second picture when I put it over the virgil the crosshair gets black and the virgil gets brighter. In case 3 i have removed the crosshair from the menu and when I point at the virgil with my imaginary crosshair the virgil doesn't get any brighter, that's cool, but I don't have a crosshair.OK,to the next picture (No 4).OK that's weird, because when I use the sniper and point the virgil with the crosshair, the crosshair doesn't get black and the virgil doesn't get brighter... strange. Also when I use the third person view everything's alright.Firstly I tough it was the static entity proxy, but now I think it's the crosshair I don't know.Anybody, who has the same problem or knows how to fix it.I know I can use a brush to cover the actor and mark it as a clip brush, but I don't wanna do that.
PLEASE I NEED YOUR KIND HELP
