I need help with RPG system.

I looked at Jay's post, but I couldn't download it because IP service here is crappy. They say that this site has some kind of error opening, and I can't start downloading this important tutorial!
Can you guys give me tutorials about how to create RPG systems like skill points, skill system, and attributes? I need it to actually start this whole thing.
