[COMPLETED 076] SetTargetPoint() request

In short: It would be great if the SetTargetPoint() command could target a point that is not relative to the pawn. Like you could target the point (0,0,0) in the level. Right now it's pretty difficult because of the pawn's yaw and pitch. Maybe there could be an additional parameter in the command to define whether the target point is relative or absolute. This would help a lot in creating bosses, for example. They could have fixed firing points that are not affected by their rotation.
