ok i use GIMP

i make a tga that is 512X512 save it

then open the texture packer

then drag the picture from my pictures to the RFPack

and it dosent work......



any help

am i doing this right?

if not what am i doing wrong?

Try to use AlphaCreate.exe to make your tga's. Just make a bmp file and then the alpha-image channel as a bmp also. Then use AphaCreate to make the tga and drag and drop the file into rfPack

Make sure you're unchecking RLE in the export options.

RLE compressed TGA files should work fine, though
