I seem to consider myself a master of True Space , but I am totally
stuck with as to how to use True Gene exporter. I create the files in
.cob format in True Space and thats all , STUCK !!!.
How to convert them to .act files.
Any step by step instruction on how to convert a sample .cob
file to .act file using TrueGene would be highy appreciable.

trugene actually works very well with truspace, but its a basic export, nothing fancy, doesnt truspace export to 3ds? you will do better to put your models in milkshape, for Rf , milkshape is good. I stoped using truspace for design in a game enviroment like RF, milkshape is just easier for me. What exactly are you not able to do in trugene?

Dont exactly know what to do with a simple .cob file in TrueGene to
convert it into .act(Just get a basic conversion working )
TrueSpace exports only in .cob and .asc formats.
I ve tried Milkshape a lot and comparing with TrueSpace , Milkshape
is not any way near powerful.The only super power i think of in Milkshape is its Huge IMPORT-EXPORT variety and that means a lot in these
plethora of formats.
Anyway true space is powerful for me or may be I am just used to it
