New Webpage Logo opinions please...

Still trying to get it right. The Under Construction part is because it'll probably take me awhile to fully update my site.
Anyway here it is...
Later I plan to replace the under construction part with a more suitable thing like some groovy corsshairs or something that fits better with "On Target Productions".
