[FIXED 075] Potential Bug in CWeapon

Slot numbers and weapon IDs seem to be mixed up a bit in the weapon code, which may lead to unpredictable behaviour.

Increased number of slots to match max number of weapons (CWeapon, CCommonData) - fixed
