.co.nr (free) for domain hosting, MediaWiki for creation and hosting.
I didn't create the wiki, but everyone that is looking at the site for 2 seconds can figure this out.

Actually, the web host is rfcommunity.0lx.net, though I plan to move it over to 1&1 if it becomes popular.

We've tried to get people to come to IRC a couple of times. I only saw a handful of people there. I believe the channel was #RealityFactory@Quakenet. I've been idling there every now and then but everyone seems to have forgotten it.
