I searched a little while ago, and ended up with the illegal version of (something like "voice changer" or like that) DIAMOND. It was very useful, but hard to change to a specific voice.

Just record your voice in Audacity and either speed it up or slow it down. Add some effects for different kinds of voices too. The "change voice" button must have gotten lost with the "make game" button.

you can try
MorphVOX JR, it has limited functionality but might work for what you want. You can download a free trial version of their
pro version if you need more functionality.

Not to be rude, but I refuse to believe that a voice changer application actually works properly unless it emulates the way the vocal chords work in the larynx.
The difference between an 18-year-old's voice and an 50-year-old's voice is much more than just pitch. If you pitch it down a semitone or two it doesn't matter so much, but if you mess with it too much it sounds artificial.

It's awesome,
Most of us may have the idea of disguising our voice once in a while for some purpose, especially small kids.
Today, a wide range of voice changing tools are developed, both for kids and business purposes. Simple ones are masks for kids that can change voice to some other voices, and a small box used for mobile phones which can switch among 4-6 voices or so.
---------------Thanks for this.

Also, if anybodys still interested in making their voice changeable use 'Audacity'. I've made a tutorial and posted it on the forums on making your voice sound like an alien with it. And remember, google is your best friend
