Can I still download somehere the latest version of the directX code that is used for RF?

Dx uses a near-COM model... Juist download DX9, it'll work.

I thought you needed the dx9 SdK, 192 MB I think?

The DX specific code of genesis3d is in the directx driver, the source code of the driver is included in the genesis3d source (available on the download page); you'll find the project files under GenesisLib->Engine->Drivers

I'm looking for the (old) DX7 SDK. Searched the web, but seems no longer available. Any idea where I still can find this?
