i believe the docs are complete, check the documentation under pawn scripting.

In my docs from 7/12/2005 there's pshighlevel.htm and
pslowlevel.htm.

The scripting reference in the docs is complete for version RF072A. Not included are the new scripting commands of Nout's inofficial release. They will be added to the docs when they are available in the next official release.
