I DOWNLOADED RF
AND I STILL HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO GET TO THE GAME EDITING SECTION.
IS IT SOMEWHERE IN THE START MENU?

first of all: Welcome to the forums!
Second: it would be nice if you would leave the thing with the capslock, i always get the mental idea that someone is screaming at me...
Thirdly, to your question: the main part of the game editing is done with the rfeditpro.exe in the tools folder of your RealityFactory folder (normally it is located in C:\Realityfactory). This is the level editor. You should try to read some tutorials and also the free ebook that is available. (search the forum, this is a good oportunity to become familiar with the search feature of the forums, many, and i really mean MANY of the questions you will have have been asked and answered before)
There are also various other tools that can help you with thinghs like editing scripts and ini files, import actors(models) into Realityfactory, and more.
