Reality Factory

Hello there!
I need help with designing a video game,a PC video game,mainly a FPS(First-Person Shooter) game or a TPS(Third-Person Shooter) game.
So can anyone help me with this project,I will be making a story,concept art,and the full 9 Yards.
But one question:
Is this "Reality Factory-Game Creation Suite" free?
Because if it's not,then nevermind this whole idea...

can't say I'll help, but RF is as free as can be. The engine is a bit outdated. Pictures can be put into posts simply by getting a web host like googlepages and uploading it. Then paste the URL here and img tag it.

O.K. thanks for welcoming me to RF,my game project isn't a full idea...yet,me and my friends are thinking of a video game about war,like a Sci-Fi war,we might call it "Bloodshed".
The Backstory-
Cutsecne One:
"After man's greatest steps onto the moon we have been racing to find out more about space-"
(That's the opening transmission,it shuts off before you finish it)
Carmra zooms out from the transmission hologram,you can see a black(or rusted) armored figure.
You are aborad the UWSF(United World Space Fleet,we might change that name) "Bleeding Wolf"(We might change that name,too).
The "Bleeding Wolf" is one of the most biggest starships ever made,it holds over 250 star fighters(haven't made a name for them yet),and 500 land veilces and transports,and it holds "The Delta".It hovers above the plants,trying to work around their lastest problem...aliens(we haven't made a name for them yet).
The Gameplay & Stuff-
1.Will have 10 to 15 levels
2.You will play as Commander Scarlon
3.Will have 2 underwater levels with the "Spear Gun"(unknown name so far)
4.In the last levels you get to use the M14 Recoiler,a mini rocket laucher(it shoots mini rockets).
5.Will have Multiplayer.

that last one may make you steer clear of RF or wait for RF2. RF does not currently support multiplayer.

Oh thank you for telling me that,but do the other ideas also work with RF or should I just wait for RF 2 and then start it.

This is not true, the player can swim at all levels under water, either right down to the bottom or on the surface..

well in one of the underwater levels you need to sink in the bottom so you can get inside the base

Yes you will be able to swim down to the bottom and enter a base.
