First of all, I couldn't find a introducting topic. Anyway, I'm "Arcaniel", I asume, the only on the net.
I found this forum searching for information of Reality Factory. I'm interested in recreating a game with the whole characteristics of a silent hill game. Is it posible?

Anything is possible. You need to research this on your own to know. Only you know what your game needs to do. I'm sure you can accomplish most of the features of Silent HIll by using scripting with RF.

There is scripting for just about everything, but as Paradoxnj says research thoroughly. Start by studying the simpkin language and the commands in the docs.
