Well, I've never seen this done with RF, there's not a special entity for this and I don't think it could be donw with scripting, but I'm asking this, because there might be something I'm missing.

see how in Half Life 2 things that are seen on the monitors are actually real (not videos). There are separate parts of the level where theese things are filmed.
But can RF make this? Can I monitor what a fixed camera entity is capturing somehow?
I'm 95% sure that it's not possible, but I just wanna be 100% sure.

Ah, just as I suspected... So if I want something like this, I'll have to make a video of something and use a VideoTextureReplacer entity. One more video file makes the game HUGE, but at least it's something

That is exactly how you would have to do it. Half Life 2 uses Render To Texture to accomplish that. Genesis does not support that yet.
