Reality Factory

I am new to reality factory. I am trying to make a level, so I used the tutoral, and when I tried to start the level, this poped up. Error compiling level. It said on the bottom, where the operations are shown,
Compile Failed: GBSP_CreateBSP encountered an error, GBSPLib.Dll.
So I reinstalled it, and it still doesn't work. I don't know what to do !!!!

Make sure that all your entities are INSIDE the level. Also make sure your level is SEALED you may have a leak. Place an empty hollow box around your level if that cures the problem you have a leak.
