Hey all,

I just popped in to show some of my recent works. I got involved in a pretty large-scale game project as a modeler, and well... here's the result. Any feedback will be appreciated, no matter whether it concerns the actual model or the overall graphical style. We aren't quite sure of the visual style we're going after, so I'd really like to get some critique and/or suggestions.

And no, that's not RF. :) We are writing our own engine.

Nice! Love the look. Can you post up a wireframe? It would help me judge the technical aspect better

Thanks!

Nothing groundbreaking, really. About 2600 polys, a normal map, and some transparency with alpha maps. Our engine doesn't have support for specular maps yet, but once that gets implemented we should be able to produce some nice effects.

Also, with slightly different shader settings:

You've got a very optimized structure for your tank, good job. I would think you would be able to push the polygon counts though?

Looks great, but simply smoothing out those wheels a bit would make it look ten times better.
