where are my entities?

Hello I am using a tutorial on
www.stormthecastle.com on learning the basics of Reality Factory but I have hit a snag straight away. In the tutorial, it says to add a character, I need to click on templates and then from the entities dropdown menu I need to select 'Playerstart', but there is no option for that. I've tried reinstalling the programme but it still doesn't show up. I've included a screengrab...
What am I doing wrong?

that's great but i've looked through the e-book, read through the FAQs and nothing is said there. I went through old posts, which said to install RealityFactory to C:/RealityFactory instead and this does not change the problem, so any suggestions?

The search button is at the top of the page between FAQ and MEMBERS.
A simple search would have found you many threads including this one posted about two or three weeks ago.

That should answer your question.

Do you have RealityFactory installed in C:\RealityFactory? Having spaces in the path causes some issues.
From the
level editor FAQ:
Q. There are only a few entities. How do I see them all?
A. In the level editor, make sure the Headers Directory is set to c:\RealityFactory\source (or wherever your install of Reality Factory is).
RFEdit: Options->Level Options: Headers Directory
RFEdit Pro: Project->Level Options: Headers Directories
World Editor: File->Properties: Headers Directory
