putting together characters in char studio with 3dsmax2011

I am having trouble creating my character files from the character studio tool, and I believe it is because I am using 3DS Max 2011, I have downloaded the 2 plugins that it has asked for, however, now it is saying that it cannot locate nfo files and things in the temp directory??? How can I sort this out quickly and easily without knowing a line of code?
