Need Example 3rd person game with weapons.

Sorry but I'm searchin' readin' and tryin'... but all I can get is nothing...
Has anyone, an example of a 3rd person game with weapons?.
I only need an example of the player and weapon's act and ini files....
I've noticed than there isn't much information, about making a third person game...
This means that this is not yet improved in RF?
