I want to have a large outdoor world for my game like in that ORGE game.
How did they make that level so big without slowing my computer to a crawl while I played it?
When I try to make big maps I run into a maximum size limit thing and I also don’t understand how to make the level so it doesn’t look like a giant container that you can run into the sky if you walked far enough.
If I could get this to work along with a half-life style area load system for doubling the size of the map area I think that I would be set.
Could somebody help me figure this stuff out?
