So what would I need to compile a new exe?
OK if I wanted to make changes to the sourc like the thing ANDYCR wrote about the shadow guy. How would I compile a new exe what do I need?
you would need visual c++ 6 professional or enterprise, the rf source (found on this site), and the genesis3d headers/libs (found on this site aswell). I do not have the first, so i made the retrieve-player-animation business "blindly", with no way of knowing whether it would work. i simply dont want to spend a bunch of money on an antiquated compiler just to compile rf. luckily, rf2 works on every compiler i've tested it on, but that won't be out for awhile.
in short, it will cost money if you want to compile rf1. if you still want to, get all the stuff above, try it, and if it dosent work feel free to post here.
