Question about weapons

im trying to learn how to use this game creation suite but ive hit a snag. my test weapon wont' work and i cant figure it out.

this is what my log says
the weapon doesnt show but there was no cridical error so it went strait into the level i made.
and for some more info on what might help this is what my weapons.ini says

It seems that you don't have the TestWeapon1.act in the folder RealityFactory\media\actors\TestWeapons. Make sure your .act is there.

wtf is wrong with his program???
now its refusing to start even though i havent modified anything (I dont think)
also i wont write a log file say what went wrong so i cant find out
why does everything have to revolve around me??????

now it seems that the weapon still doesnt work.
but now i have a question.
Do i need a animation for my melee weapon or not?
If so with animation would i need to make?
If yes how to i make an idle animation that looks real?

i tried fixing up my pawn to work i think it has something to do with that.
